The committee warmly invites medical students, general practitioners, residents, and specialists to submit their research abstracts for review and selection. Accepted abstracts will have the opportunity to be featured in one of the following categories: Oral Presentation and E-Poster Presentation. Before submitting, please make sure to review the Abstract Submission Guidelines thoroughly to ensure compliance with all requirements. Submissions that do not meet the guidelines will not be considered. We look forward to your valuable contributions and seeing the latest developments in internal medicine research showcased at this prestigious event.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts must be submitted no later than August 31, 2025. They should be written on A4-sized paper, double-spaced, with a 4 cm margin on the left and 3 cm margins on the top, right, and bottom. The font must be Times New Roman, size 12 pt, and the entire text should be written in English.
Each abstract must be no longer than 250 words and structured into five paragraphs: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion
The title must be written in uppercase and bold. The names of all authors should be listed in full, with the presenting author’s name underlined. Additionally, the institution, city, and country must be clearly stated.
Abbreviations, uncommon terms, symbols, or acronyms that are not widely recognized should be avoided. Abstracts must be submitted via email to: [email protected]
E-Poster Design Specifications
E-Posters must be designed in portrait orientation, with a minimum font size of 28 px. They should be submitted in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format. The file name should follow this format: ParticipantName_Institution.
All accepted e-posters will be displayed throughout the event, from September 11 to 13, 2025, in the designated exhibition area.
Podium Presentation Specifications
Presenters are required to use PowerPoint presentation files (.ppt or .pptx). Those using Prezi must bring their own laptop, as switching presentation equipment is limited due to time constraints.
Slides must be written in English, while the oral presentation may be delivered in either English or Indonesian. The total time allocated for each presentation is 10 minutes.
